We collect name, email, phone, and business info when you register. We also collect usage data, device info, and communications sent through our platform including call recordings when enabled.
We use your information to provide DealGlide AI services, send transactional emails from no-reply@dealglide.com, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
DealGlide AI uses AI to analyze calls, generate comps, calculate offers, and respond to leads. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used only for AI summaries and insights.
We share data only with necessary service providers: Twilio for communications, Anthropic for AI, Deepgram for transcription, and payment processors. All are bound by confidentiality agreements.
You are responsible for ensuring all SMS and calls comply with applicable laws including TCPA. You must obtain proper consent before contacting individuals.
Data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is kept 30 days then deleted. Request immediate deletion at no-reply@dealglide.com.
We use TLS encryption, encryption at rest, and role-based access controls to protect your information.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact no-reply@dealglide.com. We respond within 30 days.
