DealGlide AI does not offer refunds on any subscription payments. All charges are final and non-refundable, including partial months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Log into DealGlide AI → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Or email no-reply@dealglide.com and we will cancel within 24 hours.
If you were charged in error, contact no-reply@dealglide.com within 7 days. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
You may downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period.
